ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ ІНТЕРЕСІВ ФІНАНСОВИХ І ПРОМИСЛОВИХ КОРПОРАЦІЙ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню напрямів забезпечення економічних інтересів підприємства й банківської установи шляхом їх об’єднання в кластерну форму організації. Метою статті є визначення теоретичних основ і методів збалансування економічних інтересів фінансових і промислових корпорацій, з’ясування основних проблем та шляхів їх розв’язання. Висвітлено загальну характеристику економічного інтересу, його суть та класифікацію. Для обґрунтування авторської ідеї формування кластеру проведено розрахунки на прикладі АТ «Полтавський завод медичного скла» й АТ «Полтава-банк». Порівняно економічні інтереси підприємства та банку з виокремленням спільного та відмінного. Механізм узгодження економічних інтересів банку розглянуто з точки зору стейкхолдерів, котрі залежать від діяльності банківської установи або впливають на її розвиток. Економічні інтереси промислового підприємства систематизовано згідно об'єктивних потреб, які направлені на створення та реалізацію цілей економічної діяльності та розвитку бізнесу. Розглянуто комплекс питань, пов'язаних із забезпеченням економічних інтересів цих принципово відмінних суб’єктів бізнесу шляхом їх врівноваження, з’ясуванням суті кластеру як одного з напрямів балансу інтересів підприємства та банку, створенням моделі механізму їх забезпечення. За допомогою ефекту фінансового левериджу обґрунтовано економічні вигоди промислового підприємства від злиття фінансово-промислового капіталу. Висвітлено сучасний стан кластерних утворень в Україні та зарубіжний досвід кластеризації. На підставі проведеного дослідження запропоновано модель збалансованості інтересів промислового підприємства та банківської установи.

ENSURING THE ECONOMIC INTERESTS OF FINANCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL CORPORATIONS
Summary
The purpose of the article is to investigate the ways of ensuring the economic interests of enterprise and banking institution by combining them into a cluster form of organization. The aim of the article is to determine the theoretical foundations and methods of balancing the economic interests of financial and industrial corporations, to clarify the main problems and ways to solve them. The general characteristic of economic interest, its essence and classification was highlighted. To substantiate the author's idea of forming cluster, calculations were made on the example of JSC «Poltava medical glass factory» and JSC «Poltava-Bank». The economic interests of enterprise and bank was compared with the allocation of common and different. The mechanism for coordinating the bank's economic interests was considered from the point of view of stakeholders who are depending on the activity of banking institution or influencing its development. The economic interests of industrial enterprise was systematized according to the objective needs, which were directed at creating and implementing the goals of economic activity and business development. A set of issues related to providing this two different type subjects of business with economic interests by balancing, clarificating the matter of cluster, creating the model of their implementation. With help of financial leverage, was found the benefits from merger of financial and industrial capital to enterprise. The current state of cluster formations in Ukraine and foreign experience of clustering are depicted. Based on the research, a model of balancing the interests of an industrial enterprise and a banking institution is proposed. In the article, the cluster’s model is demonstrated on the example of a successful enterprise, but the authors are sure that it can also be used for any enterprise in the real sector of the economy of Ukraine, considering the investment attractiveness not only in terms of profitability, but also in prospects for its product in the commodity market, accepted corporate principles in business dealings with counterparties.
