СУЧАСНІ ПОГЛЯДИ НА ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ РОЗВИТОК ТА ПРОЦЕС ВІДТВОРЕННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ ВІДНОСИН

Анотація

У статті проаналізовано погляди сучасних вчених-економістів щодо сутності і характеристик економічного розвитку та економічного зростання. На основі ретроспективного аналізу виявлено схожі і відмінні риси, внутрішні та зовнішні характеристики, чинники та важелі економічного розвитку та економічного зростання, доведено неправомірність ототожнення цих процесів. Обґрунтовано особливості розвитку системи відтворення економічних відносин крізь призму змін потреб та економічних інтересів суб’єктів, удосконалення продуктивних сил суспільства, способів організації виробництва та інших внутрішніх компонентів даної системи. Проаналізовано вплив зовнішнього по відношенню до даної системи середовища – економічних та інституційних умов, які склалися у даному суспільстві, на процеси її розвитку. Розкрито синергетичні аспекти розвитку системи відтворення економічних відносин.

MODERN VIEWS ON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND THE PROCESS OF REPRODUCTION OF ECONOMIC RELATIONS

Summary

In society, the needs and interests of subjects are constantly changing, existing technologies are being improved and new production technologies are being created, new types of economic resources are emerging, the achievements of science and technology are widely used, which determines the development of productive forces, methods of organizing production and economic relations. At the same time, the conditions for the formation of economic interests are changing, as well as the institutional norms and rules that restrict their implementation, new mechanisms of interaction between subjects within the framework of economic relations are being created. Taking this into account, the reproduction of economic relations also acquires new features and takes place in a new state and under a new order. The purpose of the article is to analyze the views of modern economists on the essence of economic development, substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations for the development of the system of reproduction of economic relations. The article analyzes the views of modern scientists regarding the essence and characteristics of economic development and economic growth. Revealed similar and distinctive features, internal and external characteristics, factors and levers of economic development and economic growth, proved the illegality of identifying these processes. It has been proved that development can occur both as a result of internal changes in the system itself, and as a result of changes in factors external to it, primarily in institutions. The features of the evolutionary and revolutionary development of the system of reproduction of economic relations through the prism of changes in the needs and economic interests of subjects, the improvement of the productive forces of society, methods of organizing production and other internal components of this system are substantiated. The evolutionary and revolutionary basis of this process is revealed. The influence of the external environment in relation to the given system - economic and institutional conditions, which have developed in a given society, on the processes of its development is analyzed. The synergetic aspects of the development of the system of reproduction of economic relations are revealed. The transition of this system to a qualitatively new level of development takes place on the basis of the transformation of economic relations and economic interests, profound transformations in the mechanisms for the realization of property, fundamental changes in institutions, which ensure the correspondence of relations to changes in productive forces and technologies.
