ЗЕЛЕНЕ ПІДПРИЄМНИЦТВО: УПРАВЛІННЯ ЗЕЛЕНИМ ЛЮДСЬКИМ КАПІТАЛОМ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Анотація

У публікації розглядається “зелений людський капітал” як сучасне поняття в теорії інтелектуального капіталу зеленого підприємництва. Дослідження сфокусоване на питанні аналізу та систематизації основних термінів, понять та підходів з екологічного менеджменту та зеленого управління людськими ресурсами, визначення та оформлення організаційно-економічного змісту зеленого управління людським капіталом підприємства як сучасної управлінської практики примноження інтелектуального капіталу організацій зеленого підприємництва. Зелене управління людськими ресурсами як нова дослідницька тенденція, пов'язане з сучасним менеджментом людських ресурсів та зосереджується на ролі такого у запобіганні забрудненню через організаційні операційні процеси. Управління зеленими людськими ресурсами формує соціальний фундамент високої екологічної свідомості та належних навичок екоінноваційної роботи співробітників та керівництва, що виступає фактором зростання конкурентоспроможності суб'єктів зеленого підприємництва та сталого довготривалого успіху підприємства.

GREEN ENTERPRISE:MANAGEMENT OF GREEN HUMAN CAPITAL OF THE ENTERPRISE

Summary

The "green human capital" as a modern concept in the theory of intellectual capital of green entrepreneurship have been considers at the publication. The study focuses on the analysis and systematization of basic terms and concepts of environmental management and green human resource management, definition and design of organizational and economic content of green human capital management as a modern management practice of increasing the intellectual capital of green business organizations. An overview of approaches to the definition of green management of human capital of enterprises, which meets the basic environmental principles of production and implements them in terms of green entrepreneurship have been given. Management of green human capital of domestic enterprises within the "green" concept, as well as according to the dynamic theory of organizational development, resource theory of organization and intellectual capital theory, involves the establishment of green management as an important component of enterprise management and strategic development of business processes. The above is seen in view of the main functions that has been defined for the green management of human capital of the enterprise as a component of green intellectual capital of business entities. The essence of green human capital management of the enterprise we consider from the standpoint of sustainable development and economic success of business entities, as well as the formation of opportunities for transformational change to implement the strategy of green entrepreneurship. Green human resource management as a new research trend is related to modern human resource management and focuses on its role in preventing pollution through organizational operational processes. Management of green human resources forms the social foundation of high environmental awareness and appropriate skills of eco-innovative work of employees and management, which is a factor in increasing the competitiveness of green businesses and sustainable long-term success of the enterprise.
