ПЕРЕВАГИ І МЕТОДОЛОГІЯ РОЗРАХУНКУ КЛЮЧОВИХ ПОКАЗНИКІВ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ЛОГІСТИЧНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ В АГРОПРОДОВОЛЬЧІЙ ГАЛУЗІ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню переваг і методології застосування наскрізного аналізу ключових показників ефективності логістичних процесів в ланцюгах постачань агропродовольчої галузі. Питання необхідності застосування вищезазначеного аналізу досліджене в контексті сучасних процесів трансформації наукової перспективи щодо розробки стратегій і тактик формування моделі конкурентоспроможного суб’єкта господарювання. Зазначена перспектива виносить значення інтеграції управлінських функцій в межах ланцюгів постачань на якісно новий рівень, покликаний усунути недоліки інертності вертикально інтегрованих підприємств за традиційним принципом. Зважаючи на відсутність загальноприйнятої методології наскрізного аналізу ефективності логістичних та УЛП-процесів агропродовольчих підприємств, аналіз ключових показників ефективності був здійснений з врахуванням можливості використання цих показників для порівняння з аналогічними в конкурентів чи інших галузях зі схожими логістичними операціями. В статті обговорено передумови набуття авангардного значення таких питань управління ланцюгами постачань як упровадження елементів ощадливої стратегії підприємствами агропродовольчого сектору, а також чинники, які спонукають дані підприємства до пошуку ефективних рішень оптимізації логістичних процесів. Наведено визначення відповідних цілям даного дослідження складових ощадливої стратегії – ощадливого виробництва і ощадливої логістики. Спираючись на результати досліджень зарубіжних вчених, було представлено залежність між упровадженням заходів розрахунку ключових показників ефективності логістичних та УЛП-процесів і змінами певних показників гнучкості ланцюга постачань. Також було виявлено особливості агропродовольчої галузі з погляду надання менеджерами переваг тим чи іншим показникам ефективності в порівнянні з іншими галузями. Обґрунтовано необхідність акцентувати увагу на показниках оборотності товарно-матеріальних запасів, через їх здатність до відображення ступеня гнучкості ланцюга постачань. Представлено деталізований склад витрат логістичних процесів. Розроблено алгоритм операцій по упровадження наскрізного аналізу ключових показників ефективності логістичних процесів в агропродовольчому ланцюгу постачань.

ADVANTAGES AND METHODOLOGY OF LOGISTICS PROCESSES` KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS CALCULATION IN AGRI-FOOD INDUSTRY
Summary
This study is dedicated to the advantages and methodology investigation of applying end-to-end analysis of logistics processes` key performance indicators in the agri-food industry supply chains. The question why there is a need to apply the above analysis is studied in the context of modern transformation processes concerning scientific perspective on the development of strategies and tactics for developing a competitive business entity model. This perspective takes the importance of integrating management functions within supply chains to a qualitatively new level, designed to eliminate the disadvantages of inertia of vertically integrated entities built on the traditional principle. Due to the lack of a generally accepted methodology for end-to-end analysis of the efficiency of agri-food company`s logistics and SCM processes, the key performance indicators analysis was carried out taking into account the possibility of using these indicators for comparison with similar ones in competitors or other industries with similar logistics operations. The article discusses the prerequisites for the acquisition of avant-garde importance of such issues of supply chain management as the introduction of elements of a lean strategy by enterprises of the agri-food sector, as well as factors that encourage these enterprises to find effective solutions for optimizing logistics processes. The components of a lean strategy – lean production and lean logistics ‒ corresponding to the goals of this study are defined. Based on the results of researches done by foreign scientists, the relationship between the introduction of measures for calculating key performance indicators of logistics and SCM processes and changes in certain indicators of supply chain flexibility was presented. It also revealed the peculiarities of the agri-food industry in terms of managers' preference for certain performance indicators in comparison with other industries. The necessity to focus on indicators of inventory turnover is justified, because of their ability to reflect the degree of flexibility of the supply chain. A detailed composition of logistics process costs is presented. An algorithm of operations for implementing end-to-end analysis of key performance indicators of logistics processes in the agri-food supply chain has been developed.
