ВПЛИВ ДИНАМІКИ ВАЛЮТНОГО КУРСУ НА ЗОВНІШНЬОЕКОНОМІЧНІ ОПЕРАЦІЇ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ УКРАЇНИ

Анотація

З початком свого самостійного розвитку економіка України постійно перебувати в стані кризи або виходу з нього. Тільки за останні п'ятнадцять років ми пережили і продовжуємо переживати три найпотужніших кризи - світова фінансова криза 2008-2009 рр., Внутрішній політичну та економічну кризу, яка почалася з 2014-2015 рр., І черговий світова криза пов'язаний з пандемією коронавируса. Теорія і практика економічної науки накопичила достатній досвід в вжиття активних заходів грошово-кредитного та фіскального характеру для нівелювання наслідків кризи і для стимулювання економік. Проте, кожна країна, має свої індивідуальні особливості: економічні, геополітичні, історичні, соціокультурні тощо, тому і політика антикризових заходів повинна розроблятися кожним урядом індивідуально, беручи до уваги все вище перераховані чинники. Однією з головних задач при застосуванні монетарних заходів регулювання і досягнення збалансованого економічного зростання є грамотне управління валютним курсом, стабільність якого створює умови для розвитку грошового ринку і відповідно позитивно відбивається і на економічному розвитку в цілому. Метою статті було проведення аналізу між динамікою валютного курсу в Україні та його вплив на торговельний і платіжний баланс країни, визначити чи є режим валютного регулювання ключовим фактор впливає на динаміку експортно-імпортних операцій. У статті також розглянуто як змінювався режим валютного курсу в Україні, як це відбивалося на вартості національної валюти і яке відбиток це в цілому зробило на розвиток економіки і реальному ВВП.

INFLUENCE OF EXCHANGE RATE DYNAMICS ON FOREIGN ECONOMIC OPERATIONS OF UKRAINIAN ENTERPRISES

Summary

Since the beginning of its independent development, the Ukrainian economy is constantly in a state of crisis or overcoming it. In the last fifteen years alone, we have experienced and continue to experience three most powerful crises - the global financial crisis of 2008-2009, the internal political and economic crisis and the global crisis associated with the coronavirus pandemic. The theory and practice of economics has accumulated sufficient experience in taking active measures of a monetary and fiscal nature to level the consequences of the crisis and to stimulate economies. Nevertheless, each country has its own individual characteristics: economic, geopolitical, historical, sociocultural, etc., therefore, the policy of anti-crisis measures should be developed by each government individually, taking into account all of the above factors. One of the main tasks in the application of monetary regulation measures and the achievement of balanced economic growth is the proffesional and right management of the exchange rate, the stability of which creates conditions for the development of the money market and, accordingly, has a positive effect on economic development as a whole. Scientists have been working on the theoretical substantiation of the influence of the exchange rate on trade balances since the middle of the twentieth century. Вut further deeper study of this topic will allow to quickly pass the stage of Ukraine's integration into the world economy and take a highly competitive position in the world market. The purpose of the article was to analyze between the dynamics of the exchange rate in Ukraine and its impact on the country's trade and balance of payments, to determine whether the currency regulation regime is a key factor affecting the dynamics of export-import transactions. The article also examines how the exchange rate regime has changed in Ukraine, how it affected the value of the national currency and how this generally affected the development of the economy and real GDP. The currency policy that is being pursued in Ukraine at the present stage requires a systematic approach and professionalism of the actions of the National Bank in the field of monetary and foreign exchange regulation and should be developed taking into account new processes and phenomena in the national and world economy, as well as pursue the goal of ensuring socio-economic development Ukraine.
