ТІСНОТА ЗВ’ЯЗКУ МІЖ КОМУТАНТНОЮ КОНКУРЕНТНОЮ СТРАТЕГІЄЮ ТА ФАЗАМИ ЖИТТЄВОГО ЦИКЛУ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ
Анотація
Стаття є продовженням циклу наукових досліджень визначення тісноти зв’язків між конкурентними стратегіями за моделлю А.Ю. Юданова та фазами життєвого циклу розвитку організації за моделлю І. Адізеса. Основною метою є вибір і використання стратегій: інтеграції ознак, типів зв’язків, які дозволять здійснити послідовний розвиток організації, своєчасно впроваджувати зміни під час переходу від однієї фази на іншу. Основною задачею є перевірка наявності тісноти зв’язку трьох типів: спорідненого, протилежного та такого, що не піддається порівнянню. Для вирішення поставлених завдань в роботі застосовано метод морфологічного аналізу, аналізу та синтезу, систематизації, аналізу літературних джерел, методи оцінки узгодженості думок експертів, модель конкурентних стратегій А.Ю. Юданова, модель життєвого циклу розвитку організації за І. Адізесом. Наукова новизна полягає у постановці та розв’язанні науково-прикладної задачі оцінки тісноти зв’язку між комутантною стратегією та фазами життєвого циклу організації та на їх основі вибору або своєчасної зміни конкурентної стратегії. Результати. На основі порівняння морфологічних тверджень отримано докази значущості та наявності тісноти різних типів зв’язків. На фазі «Вихажування» зв’язок між твердженнями спорідненими за контекстом помірний. На фазі «Вік немовляти» споріднений зв'язок зростає і стає помітним, а на фазі «Давай-давай» високим. На наступних фазах зазначений тип зв’язку знижується і стає слабким або відсутнім. Зв’язок між твердженнями, які не піддаються порівнянню, починає явно простежується та стає помірним на фазах «Юність», «Розквіт» та «Стабільність». Отримані результати свідчать про найбільшу ефективність та своєчасність реалізації комутантної стратегії на фазі «Давай-давай», але запровадження комутантної стратегії раціонально розпочати ще на першій фазі «Вихажування». На фазі «Юність» комутантна стратегія повинна бути замінена іншою стратегією. Зв’язок тверджень протилежних за контекстом стає помітним починаючи з фази «Юність», а на наступних фазах поступово зростає та на фазах «Бюрократизм», «Смерть» стає високим. Висока тіснота зв’язку протилежних за контекстом тверджень свідчить про неефективність впровадження комутантної стратегії, високий опір та потребу відмовитися від впровадження на зазначених фазах. Практична значимість полягає в удосконаленні моделей та методів формування проектного інструментарію для управління змінами в організації.

CLOSENESS BETWEEN COMMUTATIVE COMPETITIVE STRATEGY AND PHASES OF THE ORGANIZATION LIFE CYCLE
Summary
The article is a continuation of a series of scientific studies to determine the closeness of the links between competitive strategies on the A. Yu. Yudanov model and phases of the life cycle of the organization according to the I. Adizes model. The main goal is to choose and use strategies: features integration, link types that will allow organization’s consistent development, timely implementation of changes during the transition from one phase to another. The main task is to check the closeness of the links of three types: related, opposite and incomparable. To solve set tasks in the work used following: the morphological analysis method, analysis and synthesis, systematization, literature sources analysis, methods for assessing the consistency of expert’s opinions, A. Yu. Yudanov model of competitive strategies, I. Adizes model of the organization’s life cycle. The scientific novelty lies in the formulation and solution of the scientific-applied problem of assessing the closeness of the relationship between the commutative strategy and the organization’s life cycle phases and based on it-selection or timely change of competitive strategy.The Results. Evidence of the significance and closeness of different connection types was obtained by morphological statements comparison. At “Courtship” phase the connection between contextually related statements is moderate. At the "Infancy" phase the kinship grows and becomes noticeable, and in the phase "Go-go" become high. During next phases mentioned connection type decreases and becomes weak or absent. The connection between the statements that cannot be compared, begins to be clearly traced and becomes moderate in the phases "Adolescence", "Prime" and "Stability". The obtained results testify the greatest efficiency and timeliness of the commutative strategy implementation during "Go-go" phase, but the introduction of the commutative strategy should be rationally started at the first "Courtship" phase. At the "Adolescence" phase, the commutative strategy should be replaced by another strategy. The connection of contradictory statements becomes noticeable starting from the "Adolescence" phase, it is gradually increases during following phases and becomes high at "Bureaucracy" and "Death" phases. The high connection between contradictory statements indicates the implementation’s ineffectiveness of the commutative strategy, high resistance and the need to abandon the implementation during these phases. The practical value lies in the models and methods of forming project tools improvement for change management in the organization.
