СУЧАСНИЙ ІНСТРУМЕНТАРІЙ РИЗИК-МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ ІННОВАЦІЙНО-ПІДПРИЄМНИЦЬКОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В УМОВАХ ФОРМУВАННЯ ВІРТУАЛЬНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена комплексному аналізу сутності, специфіки та інструментів ризик-менеджменту інноваційно-підприємницької діяльності дослідних інституцій та суб’єктів господарювання в умовах цифровізації економічних відносин і формування віртуальної економіки. Досліджено зміст та особливості ризиків, що супроводжують інноваційно-підприємницьку діяльність і комерціалізацію об’єктів інтелектуальної власності на сучасному етапі розвитку економічних відносин. Узагальнено основні критерії класифікації ризиків інноваційно-підприємницької діяльності. Визначено переваги і недоліки різних методів та інструментів ризик-менеджменту інтелектуальної інноваційно-підприємницької діяльності дослідних інституцій та суб’єктів господарювання. Проаналізовано сутність та види страхування інтелектуальної власності як найбільш прогресивного інструмента ризик-менеджменту інноваційної діяльності в умовах формування віртуальної економіки. Охарактеризовано сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку страхування інтелектуальної власності в Україні в контексті цифрової трансформації системи суспільного відтворення.

MODERN RISK-MANAGEMENT TOOLS FOR INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE CONTEXT OF FORMATION OF VIRTUAL ECONOMY
Summary
The paper provides comprehensive analysis of the nature, peculiarities and tools of risk management of innovation and entrepreneurial activities of research institutions and business entities in the context of digitalization of economic relations and the formation of a virtual economy. The content and features of the risks that accompany innovation and business activities and commercialization of intellectual property at the current stage of development of economic relations are studied. Author proved that digitalization of economic relations in the virtual economy greatly increases the risks of innovative activity due to the difficulty of forecasting the virtual economic environment and increasing transaction costs. The main criteria for classification of risks of innovative and entrepreneurial activity are generalized. Paper investigates transmission mechanism that represent the impact of risks caused by digitalization of economic environment on commercialization of intellectual property and competitiveness of enterprises. Extremely critical impact of marketing risk on the performance of innovative companies is underlined. Because the complexity of forecasting market conditions in a virtual economy can lead to planning fallacy in the strategic management of the commercialization of an intellectual product.
Nature and key types of risk management tools are analyzed. Risk management of innovative and entrepreneurial activity is defined as a process of identifying, assessing and controlling threats in the field of commercial turnover of innovative technologies and products, based on the application of special tools to minimize the negative impact of adverse events on financial results of research institutions and business entities engaged in commercialization of intelligent innovative products and technologies. The advantages and disadvantages of various tools of risk management are identified. The nature and types of intellectual property insurance as the most progressive tool of risk management of innovative activity under formation of virtual economy are analyzed. Obtained results of research provide basis for policy implications concerning development of intellectual property insurance in Ukraine in the context of digital transformation of the system of social reproduction and innovative modernization of national economy.
