ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНИЙ ПОТЕНЦІАЛ СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКОГО ВИРОБНИЦТВА ЯК ОСНОВА ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ АГРАРНОГО СЕКТОРУ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню питанням проведенню структурних реформ в сільському господарстві та пов’язані інвестиційні процеси в даному сегменті економіки, як необхідні організаційні заходи спрямовані на забезпечення стійкого економічного ефекту розвитку аграрного сектору економіки держави. Враховуючи вагомість сільськогосподарського виробництва для економіки України обговорено важливість забезпечення конкурентоспроможності аграрного виробництва шляхом активізації інвестиційних вкладень спрямованих на оновлення організації технологічних процесів даного виробництва, впровадження науково–обґрунтованих норм ведення господарської діяльності, систематизації організаційно – управлінської системи, ресурсозберігаючих технологій тощо. Розглянуто питання державних інвестицій в сільське господарство через механізми реалізації державних програм підтримки розвитку сільськогосподарських товаровиробників. Відзначено важливість покращення інноваційно-інвестиційного клімату в аграрному секторі економіки для забезпечити підвищення економічного зростання галузі.

INVESTMENT POTENTIAL OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION AS A BASIS FOR ENSURING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF UKRAINE
Summary
The article is devoted to the study of structural reforms in agriculture and related investment processes in this segment of the economy of the country, as necessary organizational measures aimed at ensuring a sustainable economic effect of the agricultural sector of the economy of the country. Given the importance of agricultural production for the economy of Ukraine, researched the importance of ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural production by intensifying investments aimed at updating the organization of technological processes of this production, the introduction of scientifically sound standards of economic activity, systematization of organizational and management system, resource-saving technologies and more.
A market economy requires a systematic approach with a holistic identification of the interdependent elements of the economy, both the state as a whole and a particular industry and business structure. Agriculture is a set of industries that has its own characteristics compared to other sectors of the economy, so the organization of agricultural production should not be considered in isolation on the basis of agricultural enterprises, but in close connection with the various productive forces of the country and the various forms of production organization. The implementation of structural reforms in the agricultural economy has allowed to achieve economic effect not only for the industry itself and related industries, but also directly affected the harmonization of rural development.
The issue of state investments in agriculture through the mechanisms of implementation of state programs to support the development of agricultural producers is considered. The importance of improving the innovation and investment climate in the agricultural sector of the economy to ensure increased economic growth in the industry was noted. As agriculture is one of the strategic and priority sectors of the national economy of Ukraine, with great production and export potential of agricultural products with the effectiveness of state support mechanisms, need creating a stable and clear legal framework that would promote innovation and investment climate in the agricultural sector industry growth and intensify food exports.
