ПРОБЛЕМИ ТА ПЕРЕШКОДИ ЕФЕКТИВНОЇ ГОСПОДАРСЬКО-ФІНАНСОВОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Анотація

Основною проблемою підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства є забезпечення максимально можливого результату на кожну одиницю затрачених трудових, матеріальних та фінансових ресурсів. Відтак основними напрямками підвищення ефективності господарсько-фінансової діяльності підприємства являються ресурсний, організаційний та технологічний. Досить важливим для підвищення ефективності господарсько-фінансової діяльності та створення довгострокових планів є наявність висококваліфікованих працівників, які спроможні виконати таку роботу. Зокрема переважна більшість проблем, з якими стикаються сучасні підприємства при здійсненні господарсько-фінансової діяльності, пов’язані у першу чергу із плануванням та реалізацією саме довгострокових цілей, що мають на меті забезпечення зростання ефективності їх роботи. Саме довгострокове планування та стратегія розвитку виробництва необхідні підприємству задля забезпечення отримання прибутку не тільки в поточному періоді, а й надалі. Вирішальною передумовою підвищення ефективності управління ресурсним потенціалом підприємства є формування ефективної системи мотивації трудових ресурсів. Крім того, на сучасних підприємствах існує певна проблема аналізу підходів до оцінки управління, що полягає у тому, що немає єдиного системного підходу до проведення оцінки даної категорії. Тому, лише комплексне використання наведених напрямів зможе вплинути на темпи зростання ефективності господарсько-фінансової діяльності підприємства.

PROBLEMS AND OBSTACLES OF EFFECTIVE ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Summary

The main problem of improving the efficiency of the enterprise is to ensure the maximum possible result for each unit of labor, material and financial resources spent. Therefore, the main areas of improving the efficiency of economic and financial activities of the enterprise are resource, organizational and technological. It is very important to increase the efficiency of economic and financial activities and create long-term plans is the availability of highly qualified employees who are able to perform such work. In particular, the vast majority of problems faced by modern enterprises in carrying out economic and financial activities are primarily related to the planning and implementation of long-term goals aimed at ensuring the growth of their efficiency. It is the long-term planning and strategy of production development that the company needs to ensure a profit not only in the current period, but also in the future. The main direction is resource, which is determined by the need for a detailed analysis of the use of available material and labor resources. Particular attention should be paid to the labor resources of the enterprise, because it is its staff that has the greatest responsibility. After all, a crucial prerequisite for improving the efficiency of resource management of the enterprise is the formation of an effective system of motivation of labor resources.
An effective system of stimulating highly productive work, based on the market motivation mechanism, should be based on the main incentives that would stimulate labor potential to systematically improve their professional skills, improve the quality of its workforce, the fullest realization of labor motivation. In addition, in modern enterprises there is a problem of analysis of approaches to management evaluation, which is that there is no single systematic approach to the evaluation of this category. Also, in ensuring the efficiency of economic and financial activities of the enterprise, it is important to pay attention to corporatism as an understanding and acceptance of the goals of the enterprise as their own, combining business, social and organizational components. Therefore, only the integrated use of these areas will be able to influence the growth rate of economic and financial activity of the enterprise.
