УПРАВЛІННЯ ЛОГІСТИЧНИМИ ПОТОКАМИ ТИЛОВОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ВІЙСЬКОВИХ ЧАСТИН НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ГВАРДІЇ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
У даній статті подано розробку методики управління логістичними потоками тилового забезпечення військових частин Національної гвардії України. У якості наукової новизни отриманих результатів виступає розробка теоретико-методологічних засад щодо управління логістичними потоками тилового забезпечення військових частин Національної гвардії України. В даній роботі акцентується увага на тому, що в сучасних умовах ринкової економіки управління логістичними потоками тилового забезпечення військових частин Національної гвардії України має передбачати здійснення процесів керування матеріальними потоками. Наведено основні функції системи управління логістичними потоками тилового забезпечення військових частин Національної гвардії України. Обґрунтовані ключові аспекти механізму матеріально-технічного забезпечення військових частин. Окрема увага наділена процесу підвищення надійності компонентів системи управління логістичними потоками тилового забезпечення Національної гвардії України. В статті розглянуто координуючу роль прийняття рішень стосовно управління логістичними потоками тилового забезпечення Національної гвардії України, яка покладається на начальника тилу. У даній роботі виділено та акцентовано увагу на здійснення своєчасної обробки інформації про внутрішні процеси в системі управління тилом та її осмислення. Проаналізовано ключові вимоги для оптимізації управління служб тилу Національної гвардії України. В даній статті надано характеристику процесу удосконалення алгоритмів управлінських процесів у службах тилу військової частини. Систематизовано ключові вимоги до сучасного начальника тилу військової частини. У статті систематизовано узагальнення процесів оптимізації та спрощення систем управління тилом. В даному дослідженні подано ймовірні шляхи вирішення проблем, з якими зіткнеться начальник тилу при оптимізації управління. Проаналізовано специфіку вимог до планування процесів управління логістичними потоками тилового забезпечення військових частин. Систематизовано напрямки та технології оптимізації запасів є ключовими аспектами управління логістичними потоками тилового забезпечення військових частин Національної гвардії України. Зокрема наділено окрему увагу конкретним чинникам, які варто враховувати у ході вирішення завдань управління логістичними потоками тилового забезпечення. Практичне значення отриманих результатів полягає в формуванні відповідних рекомендацій командуванню військових частин стосовно управління логістичними потоками тилового забезпечення військових частин Національної гвардії України.

MANAGEMENT OF LOGISTIC FLOWS OF BODY SUPPORT OF MILITARY UNITS OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF UKRAINE
Summary
This article presents the development of methods for managing logistics flows of logistics of military units of the National Guard of Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is the development of theoretical and methodological principles for the management of logistics flows of the logistics of the military units of the National Guard of Ukraine. This paper emphasizes that in modern market economy management of logistics flows of logistics of military units of the National Guard of Ukraine should include the implementation of material flow management processes. The main functions of the logistics management system for the logistics of the military units of the National Guard of Ukraine are presented. The key aspects of the mechanism of material and technical support of military units are substantiated. Particular attention is paid to the process of improving the reliability of the components of the logistics management system of logistics of the National Guard of Ukraine. The article considers the coordinating role of decision-making in the management of logistics flows of logistics of the National Guard of Ukraine, which is entrusted to the chief of the rear. This paper highlights and focuses on the timely processing of information about internal processes in the rear control system and its understanding. The key requirements for optimizing the management of the rear services of the National Guard of Ukraine are analyzed. This article describes the process of improving the algorithms of management processes in the rear services of the military unit. The key requirements to the modern chief of the rear of the military unit are systematized. The article systematizes the generalization of the processes of optimization and simplification of rear control systems. This study presents possible ways to solve the problems that will face the head of the rear in the optimization of management. The specifics of the requirements for the Planning of logistics logistics flow management processes of military units are analyzed. Systematized directions and technologies of stock optimization are key aspects of logistics management of logistics of military units of the National Guard of Ukraine. In particular, special attention is paid to specific factors that should be taken into account when solving the problems of logistics logistics logistics logistics. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the formation of appropriate recommendations to the command of military units regarding the management of logistical flows of logistics of military units of the National Guard of Ukraine.
