Анотація

Стаття присвячена питанню соціальної взаємодії громади, місцевої влади та бізнесу, з метою активізації громадян у вирішенні проблем місцевого значення. Шляхом проведення соціологічного дослідження було виявлено головні перешкоди ефективної взаємодії у форматі «громада-влада-бізнес», що є надзвичайно актуальним в процесі децентралізаційних реформ, що відбуваються в Україні. У статті окреслено також подальші напрямки діяльності активних громад та сфери їх зацікавленості.

THE ROLE OF SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP IN SOCIETY IN THE CONTEXT OF DECENTRALIZATION

Summary

The article deals with social cooperation between the community, local authorities and business to activate citizens in solving local problems. The main obstacles of effective cooperation in the format “community-authority-business” that is very actual in the process of decentralization reforms, taking place in Ukraine, were identified through a sociological research. The article also outlines further directions of activity of active communities and their areas of interest. The study found that communities, where citizens' associations are active and residents participate in joint projects, achieve significant results – improvement of infrastructure, introduction of energy saving and energy-efficient technologies, and repair of social institutions.
